Contract Type Selection

Pet-Only Terms

Buyer agrees to spay/neuter the puppy by the age specified by the breeder. No breeding is permitted under this contract. The puppy will be registered with Limited CKC Registration. Unauthorized breeding will result in a penalty of $5,000 and potential legal action. Buyer acknowledges that the puppy is sold 'as-is' without any guarantees.

Breeding Rights Terms

Buyer is granted Full CKC Registration and agrees to uphold ethical breeding standards. Breeding rights are non-transferable and resale of breeding rights is prohibited. Crossbreeding is not allowed. Breeding must be limited to healthy, vet-cleared pairings. Buyer acknowledges that the puppy is sold 'as-is' without any guarantees.

Health Guarantee

No genetic health guarantee is provided. The puppy is sold 'as-is'. Buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup. This contract excludes coverage for conditions resulting from neglect, injury, overheating, allergies, parasites, or preventable issues.

Buyer Responsibilities

Buyer agrees to provide proper veterinary care, a safe and temperature-controlled environment, nutritious food, and agrees not to rehome the puppy without written breeder approval.

Legal & Liability Protection

All deposits are non-refundable. Buyer agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. Breeder is not liable for any future health issues. Buyer assumes full responsibility for the puppy after pickup. This contract is governed by the laws of Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Return Policy

Buyer agrees to return the puppy to the breeder if unable to care for it. No refunds will be issued after the puppy leaves the breeder's possession.
